Matt Norman is Vice President, responsible for Fannie Mae and Conduit origination in Arbor’s Southwest Region.  He also originates transactions through office, hotel, and retail loan programs, as well as FHA as an alternative multifamily execution.

Mr. Norman joined Arbor Commercial Mortgage in 1995 as a Fannie Mae and Conduit Underwriter and Senior Underwriter. He then went on to oversee specialized lending in which he managed the Company’s  affordable, bond, seniors, and student loan programs. 

Before joining Arbor, Matt held previous positions with Caterpillar Financial, Addison National Bank and NationsBank.  He is a 1993 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Business-Finance.
