ARBOR 85 Preferred is a proprietary
loan product that combines the best elements of the Fannie Mae DUS® program with
the mezzanine finance provide by Arbor Realty Trust. This Arbor DUS® Mezzanine
program is unique, providing unprecedented flexibility:
- LTV up to 85%
- Loan term up to 10 years
- Minimum DSCR 1.20
- Amortization up to 30 years
- Minimum of $5 million
This product capitalizes on Arbor's unique lending ability, providing one-stop
shopping for clients as it combines the Fannie Mae DUS® program with additional
proceeds from Arbor's own mezzanine originations. There is no third-party lender
involved.
