Mr. Fazio is Vice President, National Sales Manager at Arbor. He is responsible for the recruitment and management of Arbor’s national sales team. He oversees the implementation of Arbor’s sales strategy along with the development of new and emerging markets. Mr. Fazio works closely with the Company’s marketing department to develop a cohesive plan to effectively drive sales goals.

Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Fazio was President/Partner at First Eagle Mortgage, Inc., a brokerage firm on Long Island. Previously, he held positions as Regional Manager for Champion Mortgage, Vice President of Sales for Mailnet, Inc. and TNT Worldwide Inc.    

Mr. Fazio graduated from State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.

Stephen York is a Director at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, responsible for originating Fannie Mae, FHA, CMBS, Bridge, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity transactions across the United States.

Mr. York joined Arbor Commercial Mortgage in June 2005 as a Sales Associate. He was promoted to Loan Officer in January 2007 and subsequently to Director in January 2008.

Prior to joining Arbor, he held positions as a Senior Loan Officer at Fairfield Financial Group and as an Analyst at Z & D Development, Inc.

Mr. York earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Queens College.
