Felipe Rael is Director at Arbor Commercial Mortgage.  Mr. Rael is responsible for all of Arbor’s loan offerings including Fannie Mae, FHA, CMBS, Bridge, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity.  His expertise lies in providing multiple financing solutions for multifamily and manufactured housing community properties.   

Mr. Rael’s commercial real estate experience initiated with the Bascom Group specializing in the acquisition of value-added multifamily properties and the expansion of Premier Business Centers.  He began his lending career with Berkshire Mortgage and most recently was a Regional Manager with LaSalle Bank Real Estate Capital Markets through the transition to Bank of America.  While at LaSalle, Mr. Rael specialized in apartment and mobile home park financing with balance sheet, Fannie Mae and CMBS executions.        

Mr. Rael holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a MBA in Finance from the Drucker School at Claremont Graduate University.
