Peter Margolin is a Director at Arbor Commercial Mortgage. He is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, FHA, CMBS and Structured Finance transactions throughout the Midwest and western United States.

Mr. Margolin brings over nine years of experience in commercial real estate mortgage finance and investment to the Company. Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Margolin worked for the multifamily finance group at LaSalle Bank, N.A., where he generated more than $500 million in small balance multifamily transactions. He has also held positions at J.P. Morgan Capital, LLC and Bridger Commercial Funding, LLC, where he produced nearly $200 million in fixed-rate and securitized commercial real estate mortgages combined.

Mr. Margolin obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
